Orleton is being delivered by Traders In Purple, a nationally recognised integrated developer-builder with a 20-year track record and a 100% project completion record. Their Queensland portfolio includes completed and delivered projects at Newport, Woody Point, Scarborough, and West End. Critically for our purposes, they own the construction process end-to-end, which is the key risk mitigation factor when you are putting down a deposit (or deposit bond) and not settling for several years.
