APPLYING TO RENT A PROPERTY
If you have found a property you wish to rent, please follow the below instructions to guide you through the application process.
You may submit your tenancy application to us either by email (pm1@metrofn.com.au), in person by visiting our office at 8/205 Montague Road, West End, or online via 2apply.
Our office is open between 9am and 5pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri), simply ask a member of staff for a hard copy of the application form from us, either at the office, or during your inspection of the property.
If you are submitting your application via email, please use the standard RTA Rental Application form linked below:
You will also need to provide the following supporting documents with your application form (please ensure you provide at least 2 in each category):
1. Identity - e.g. Drivers license, Passport, Medicare card, birth certificate or other form of ID.
2. Financial ability - e.g. payslip, current employment agreement, Government statements (Centrelink, pension), copy of tax assessment, bank statement (without transactions listed), proof of savings or other assets.
3. Suitability - e.g. rental reference, rental ledger (without details about bond)
You can provide additional support documents if you wish to assist us to seeking an approval for your application.
