About Michelle St Claire

Michelle brings a unique mix of corporate, government, and non-profit experience, hands-on property investment, and a genuine passion for real estate. Michelle’s passion for real estate began in 2018 with the purchase of her first investment property. Since then, she has bought, sold, renovated, flipped, and managed property portfolios across both Australia and the USA, giving her first-hand insight into the opportunities and challenges faced by owners, tenants, and investors alike. This hands-on experience, combined with her natural eye for potential and detail, shaped her path toward a career in commercial sales and leasing.

Before moving into real estate full time, Michelle built a successful career in program management with Salesforce, where she led global initiatives in strategy, operations, and client experience. This experience sharpened her expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation; skills she now applies to every client relationship in commercial property. Earlier in her career, Michelle worked with vulnerable populations across prisons, police departments, disability services, and child welfare. These roles taught her to listen deeply, think clearly under pressure, and navigate complex negotiations; qualities that continue to shape her approach in today’s fast-paced commercial real estate market.

At First National Metro, Michelle specialises in helping businesses secure spaces that support their growth and assisting landlords and investors to unlock the full potential of their assets. Known for her structured yet approachable style, Michelle combines strong market knowledge with a client-first philosophy to deliver results that are both strategic and practical.

When she’s not negotiating deals or scouting the next opportunity, Michelle can often be found in the middle of a renovation project or exploring Brisbane’s property market with her four-legged sidekick, Nox, who insists every property must pass the sniff test before it gets the tick of approval.
