Michael Koukides

Michael Koukides is a property consultant with over 5 years of well-rounded property experience. By providing clients with expert advice across retail, industrial, commercial and development asset classes, paired with unparalleled customer service, he can achieve successful results for your investment transaction.

He commenced his career graduating from Queensland University of Technology graduating with a Bachelor of Property Economics (Valuation).

Whilst studying, Michael worked with Knight Frank and was exposed to number of institutional commercial transactions across Brisbane.

Upon gaining valuation experience, with a keen interest in development, Michael transitioned into working as a Project Manager, constructing luxury residential properties and commercial projects around South London for a private equity, family office, Shaptor Capital London in the UK.

Michael has been a Committee Member for the Australian Property Institute YPP Division and has volunteered with a variety of causes.
